Bodhe is a shared space. And you’re going to bump into your neighbors. That’s also kind of the point - we’re all here to get out of the silos of working from home and connect. To create the vibe we intend to for our spaces, there are a few specific ways that it needs to be used (and not used). Members who routinely violate the rules or are generally disrespectful to other members will be removed from Bodhe.
Bodhe thrives on community. Introduce yourself to someone new, be kind, and share positive energy. Make it your goal to be the best part of someone’s day — whether that’s through a friendly chat, offering help, or simply showing up with a good attitude. We rely on you make this place feel like home.
The Lounge and The Porch are carefully designed for comfort and collaboration. Moving furniture disrupts the vibe for everyone. Please leave things as they are unless you have approval to adjust.
We love snacks, but full meals? Not so much. Our space isn’t set up for heavy lunches or lingering food smells. You won’t find microwaves or a communal fridge for a reason. Grab a snack here or enjoy a full meal at one of our great neighboring restaurants.
No bringing in large monitors or replicating your home office workstation. Keep it light, collaborative, and community-focused.
Don’t be that person… Nobody likes overhearing someone’s call. Please avoid speakerphone use. For private calls, book the phone booth or step outside, being mindful of others nearby.
If you bring it in, take it out. Don’t leave dishes, trash, or anything else behind. Everyone is expected to clean their dishes so there’s no mess left in the sink. Leave the space as you found it so everyone can enjoy a clean, inviting environment. This also means not leaving any items unattended! If you’re not there, neither should your things.
Remember that nothing is that deep. Take a breath. Smile. You can always spare a few extra minutes to chat with someone about their day or tell a funny story. Have fun and help make Bodhe fun by setting the tone for everyone around you.
This goes for other members, our neighbors, and Bodhe’s team. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to bad vibes. If you’re contributing to a negative culture or energy at Bodhe, we’ll kindly ask you to discontinue your membership.
Work hard. Do something cool.
